Low-Pressure Fittings

Our low-pressure fittings are ideally suited for applications such as flow injection analysis, low-pressure liquid chromatography, and stream sampling devices. They may be safely used at pressures up to 500 psi and temperatures up to 50° C.

• Nuts, ferrules, and washers – for ¼-28 flat-bottom fitting details, with or without flanges, made from PPS, PEEK, polyacetal, or polypropylene

• Fingertight adapters – both colored and color-sleeve adapters easily tightened by hand Plugs for – direct connection of 1/16'' OD and 1/8'' OD tubing

• Plugs – Polypropylene plugs for 10-32 or 1/4-28 fittings

• Unions and reducing unions – for flow injection analysis, low-pressure LC applications, and stream sampling

• Tees and crosses – quality tools for working with fittings

• Manifolds – connectors with multiple ports for 1/16” or 1/8” OD tubing
